Emma Stone has proven once again that she's one of the best chat show guests in Hollywood
THERE ARE A couple of celebrities out there who never fail to make us laugh when they drop by the BBC Studios for a chat with Graham Norton or when they’re hanging out in Hollywood with Jimmy Kimmel.
Emma Stone is definitely one of them. This woman has been dragged on press tours across the world every couple of months for the last ten years, and still she does not seem to be sick of it at all. It’s very rare that you see Emma Stone giving less than 110% in an interview.
Remember that time she was on Graham Norton and he tricked her into thinking the Spice Girls were hiding back stage waiting for her? Her excitement and anticipation were palpable.
As was her disappointment when it turned out Graham was lying. But it made for brilliant TV. Last night, Emma Stone appeared on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon and she brought her energy and passion for the Spice Girls with her. Jimmy decided to let Emma take a Buzzfeed quiz to find out which Spice Girl she was, in the hopes that she could further identify with her favourite Spice Girl – Baby Spice.
Needless to say, Emma was fuming when she got Posh Spice at the end.
Before taking the Spice Girls quiz, Emma discussed what it was like to win an Oscar and her answer was pretty sweet. When she won the award, she reacted like a pretty normal person. One of the main highlights was seeing her little brother’s reaction.
Despite being wildly successful and the highest paid woman in Hollywood, Emma could not help but feel starstruck when she received her Oscar from Leonardo DiCaprio.
As if that wasn’t enough quality Emma Stone content, she began to talk about what it’s like being the only American cast member in a film about British characters.
Here’s what everybody thought of her English accent.
Jimmy also shared a little preview of her upcoming film The Favourite (the one where she put her English accent to use) at the end of the interview.
